Note: SVGs are scalable and can be opened in drawing programs like Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape and others. PNGs and JPEGs are not scalable. I custom output my PNGs with special settings for each design so that they are high quality with a minimal file size.

United States of America Flag

This image file was designed as my interpretation of the specifications as presented in the Wikipedia article ‘Flag of the United States’. I cannot guaranty that this would comply with any specification. This is a 1.9 aspect ratio flag. It is available with two different values for the white stripes, one that is full RGB white and a second that is slightly warmer. I could not find a comment in the specifications about whether the stars have to be regular star polygons or may be isotoxal stars. In other words, whether the ‘arms’ of the stars form a straight line across to alternating points or whether the angle be greater or lesser than 36° (72°). I have seen some examples with greater angles although most are regular. In the design software I set them to look regular but they may be off slightly.
